QA Engineer (Automation) /SDET

Educational Qualification:

MCA/B-Tech (Computers) from reputed college/university with good academic record

Salary Range:

Up to 14 lpa

Experience Level

5 years (at least 3-4+ years on automation)

Job description/ROLE

Would be a part of our growing automation team, work on automation of various product like and services projects, would be involved in performance, security and various other testing initiatives

Mandatory KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

·   Design test cases for various modules of the application using automation

·   Perform Functional, Regression and integration testing using automation runs

·   Report and track defects using Azure DevOps/ Other tools.

·   Estimate assigned tasks before hand

·   Work in Agile Methodology.

·   Understand client specific QA processes and be able to adjust to the same.

·   Functional automation using Selenium and C#

·   Experience in Building Microsoft.Net/C# automation Scripts by using Selenium, MS Visual Studio, MSTest, NUNIT, Spec flow, Coded UI, Azure and good expertise in using Annotations

• Experience in developing the Automation framework using both C# and Core Java programming using OOPS concepts, Selenium, Java, JUnit/TestNG, Eclipse, Maven.
• Expertise in both manual and automation testing of Web services SOAP and RESTFul.
• Designed and developed Automation Frameworks like Keyword Driven, Hybrid driven and BDD/TDD
• Expertise in Design and Development of User Interfaces, User Controls and Custom Controls using ASP.NET and C#.NET.
• Experienced in developing and consuming Web services(Restful)/ WCF
• Experience in building Continuous Integration/Delivery automation solutions for each product/project via Azure DevOps
• Good Expertise in Schedule jobs via Azure DevOps and Continuous Integration for automating the build and deploy processes allowing significant increase in test automation. Monitoring the jobs scheduled jobs

·       Worked on SQL Server database by writing different kinds of queries like Stored Procedures

·       Familiar with tools like Visual Studio, Eclipse, Jira, TFS, Jenkins and Maven.

·       Source Control Tools: GitHub, SVN, PVCS, CVS, ClearCase & Perforce.

·       Good hands on C# and core java

·       Good knowledge of oops concepts
