Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM(Monday to Friday)

Educational Qualifications: Any graduate

Experience: 4 - 5 years

Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

Budget: 15 LPA max

About the Role:

Company is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website/Interactive Designer to craft engaging digital experiences. As a key team member, you will collaborate closely with the CEO, project managers, and account executives to develop innovative, strategic, and visually compelling designs. You will be responsible for both client and internal projects, ensuring high-quality user experiences across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Innovation

● Develop visually stunning and interactive website designs for client projects (80%) and internal initiatives (20%).

●Take a hands-on approach to concept creation, initial designs, and revisions.

● Maintain design excellence and UX standards, pushing for innovation within the team.

Collaboration & Communication

● Work closely with junior, mid-level, senior, and freelance designers to ensure seamless execution of projects.

● Attend client meetings to understand their objectives, budget, and design preferences.

● Partner with project managers to present designs and address client inquiries.

Research & Development

● Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and workflow

● Explore new design methodologies, UX strategies, and agile design workflow to elevate company’s digital presence.

● Educate and mentor fellow designers, sharing knowledge on new design techniques and tools.

Process & Productivity

●Contribute to agile design processes by adopting modern design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

● Help the sales team by providing insights into design trends that could attract potential clients.

● Accurately track work hours using the company's time-tracking software.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

● Proven experience in website and interactive design with a strong digital portfolio.

● Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or similar software.

● Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.

● Ability to translate client requirements into compelling visual designs.

● Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development is a plus.

● A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
