Position: Senior Technical Support Engineer

Qualification: BE / B.Tech-IC, EC / Diploma- EC / IC

Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad

Experience Range: 2 -3 years

Office Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday, Every 3rd Saturday Off)

Salary Criteria: 35K to 45K, depending on the candidate’s interview

Description:

• Technical assistance and demonstrations
• Conducting application studies and developing new products
• Providing technical and sales support to our sales team
• Visiting prospects and clients, as well as corresponding with clients
• Conducting training sessions for clients and sales staff on new products and models
• Documenting and submitting project reports
