Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of Nurse Call Systems. This position will primarily be based in Delhi but will require frequent travel across the Delhi, Ranchi and Kolkata too

Key Responsibilities:

 Site Installation: Install Nurse Call Systems at new sites in healthcare facilities, ensuring they are fully operational and meet customer requirements.

 Service & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of Nurse Call Systems at existing customer sites to ensure optimal performance.

 Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Nurse Call Systems.

 Customer Support: Provide excellent on-site customer service by addressing client concerns, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.

 Documentation: Prepare detailed service reports, installation records, and maintenance logs.

 Training: Conduct system training for customers and clients where required.

 Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

 Travel: Willing to travel across Delhi, Ranchi and Kolkata for service calls, installations, and maintenance work.

Requirements:

 Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in ELV systems, including Nurse Call Systems, CCTV, Access Control, and Security Solutions.

 Technical Skills: Knowledge of system installation, servicing, and troubleshooting, especially in the healthcare domain (Nurse Call System, Security Systems, etc.).

 Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for resolving system faults and issues.

 Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management.

 Travel Flexibility: Must be willing to travel across Delhi, Ranchi and Kolkata based on project and service requirements.

 Education: Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or relevant technical field preferred.

Desired Skills & Qualification:

 ITI Technician would be preferable.

 Experience in service and maintenance of Nurse Call Systems.

 Understanding of security solutions and technologies (CCTV, Access Control).

 Customer service-oriented approach with the ability to resolve issues efficiently
