Position: Senior Recruiter

Experience: 5-8 years

Working Hours: - 10:30am -7:30 pm

Working days:- 6 days

Reporting: CEO


Job Overview:


Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Recruiter to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in sourcing, headhunting, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions efficiently. This role demands strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
  • Use various sourcing strategies including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, internal databases, and headhunting to identify top talent
  • Conduct detailed screenings and shortlist candidates based on technical, cultural and behavioral fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely communication with candidates
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Keep track of recruitment metrics and regularly update hiring status reports
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers and manage the final selection and onboarding processes
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including headhunting 
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in recruiting across multiple industries or verticals is a plus
