Company is having annual turnover of around 120 Crs & employee strength of 120 employees & they are providing international safety standard certified bay products by their e-commerce website & online market platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & other leading online & offline platforms. 

Job Title – Senior Executive Ecommerce

Working days and timings - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Location – Ahmedabad

Experience: - 2-3 years of relevant experience

Qualification - Any graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations across all listed marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa Fashion, PharmEasy, Meesho, Tata 1mg, JioMart).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers.
• Manage inventory levels across all marketplaces to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Address and resolve any issues or disputes with marketplaces in a timely manner.
• Resolve order-related,Account health & Product Standard issues and promptly and efficiently.
• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings.
• Stay up-to-date with marketplace policies, algorithms, and best practices.
• Monitor and optimize product performance and customer reviews.
• Inventory Reconciliation between ERP & Marketplace portal.
• Returns,Claims & Inventory management.
• Match Warehouse Out Vs Market place in. (GRN VS INVOICE)
