Designation :- Senior Estimation & Costing Engineer - Civil

Experience: - 4 - 8 years

Salary Package: - 4 to 6 LPA

Qualification: Diploma - Civil

Roles and Responsibilities:

•   Study of tender documents as well as pre bid points to work out the scope of work for tender jobs for civil engineering projects.

•   Preparation of tender appreciation notes.

•   Rate Analysis.

•   Sending Enquires to vendors and taking Quotations from vendors for major construction items.

•   Preparation of measurement sheets with reference to drawings, specifications and design assumptions in concern with design team.

•   Preparation of Detailed BOQ as per tender specifications.

•   Preparation of comparative statements and Reviewing Tender Vs Actual Quantities.

Assisting Sales Team in technical submission.

•   Preparing Tender Appreciation notes.

•   Studying Scope of work and technical specifications.

•   Studying conditions of the contract.

•   Sending Enquires to vendors and taking Quotations from vendors for major construction items.

•   Preparation of cost comparison sheets for Quotations received from vendors.

•   Equipment workout based on tender planning and calculations of time cycles for Tender project.

•   Vendor Development and Management.

•   Quantity Estimation for major Project Quantities.

•   Quantity Surveying & Estimation of All Infrastructure works for Both Tender Jobs As well As Running Secured Jobs.

•   Study of tender documents as well as pre bid points to work out the scope of work in tender documents.

•   Preparation of measurement sheets with reference to tender drawings, specifications and design And Comparing with Tender Quantities.

•   Preparation of detailed BOQ in compliance with the tender specifications.

•   Preparation of MIS Report.
