Position: Senior Copywriter
Work Timing: 10 AM to 6:30 PM (1st & 4th Saturday WFH, 2 Saturday WFO & 4th Saturday Off)
Location: ISKON Cross Road, Ahmedabad
Qualification: Any Graduate with Copywriting course
Experience: 3.5 Years & Above
Salary: 45 to 50K/Month
Job Details:
- Develop content ideas and strategies for assigned brands
- Ensure the smooth execution of content strategies
- Create high-quality and engaging copies for digital platforms
- Ensure the content aligns with the brand voice and messaging strategy
- Develop and implement effective copywriting strategies to meet client objectives and campaign goals
- Coordinate internally and externally for project completion
- Conduct research and gather information for existing and new projects
- Develop content guidelines for all assigned brands
- Set processes for smooth workflow and adherence to existing structures
- Responsibly and effectively handle client questions for allocated brands
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices
- Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to measure the success of copywriting campaigns
- Continuously upskill for self-improvement and strive for better timely performance

After proper understanding of requirement, we start marketing of job positions of our client company on Social Media & other relevant platforms.
We search right candidates only through Social Media, Online Sourcing tools, offline network of our candidates, references & other Advanced Sourcing Tools.
We have a team of well-trained recruiters of relevant domains, who are not tele-callers, but expert recruiters, we mostly avoid job portals for searching of candidates to avoid duplicacy & to get passive candidates.
We use technical & cultural fit questionnaire to check candidates profile & shortlist only those candidates who are matching technically & culturally & submit these shortlisted resumes to client.
Once get feedback on submitted resumes, we will schedule interview of shortlisted candidates & if resumes rejected, we want feedback from client for reason of rejection, so we can improve our search for further submission of resumes.
