Job Position- SEO Manager

Job Timing - 11 am to 8 pm

Working days- 5 days working

Responsibilities:

• Create search engine marketing and promotion strategies for company websites.
• Implement SEO strategies for company websites.
• Perform detailed site analysis and document tactics to be implemented for our company’s website to be likely to be found in organic search results.
• Conduct keyword analysis and research and develop quality keyword portfolios for alL the websites on a regular basis.
• Optimize the various site components including body copy, meta title/descriptions, H1,site architecture, internal linking, etc.
• Ensure that the new site pages follow proper SEO guidelines with respect to content, structure, and coding.
• Assist in reviewing Search Engine Ranking Reports and optimizing under-performing listings.
• Analyze the latest algorithm changes and modify content, links, etc. accordingly for better results.
• Topic research for content development in the form of articles, blog posts, web page copy and tutorials.
• Create and manage off-page optimization including but not limited to link-building, blogging, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Good English communication skills (Written and Spoken).
• Complete understanding of SEO works (both On-page and Off-page).
• Conversant with different SEO tools for keyword research, competitor research, LSI & content analysis and good understanding of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Google Search Console (Webmaster tools).
•  Self-motivator with a proactive attitude, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Proven SEO experience
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
•  In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
•  Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Minimum 6 years of experience with planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’ success
• Team player with Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
