Job Title – Sales Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)

Location - Ahmedabad

Salary :- 50000-55000 INR


Position Summary


Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to promote and sell our horizontal fall protection, Vertical Fall Protection & Overhead Life Line systems to industrial clients. The role involves building strong relationships with customers while ensuring our solutions meet both safety compliance requirements and client needs.


Key Responsibilities


1. Business Development & Sales

• Identify and target potential customers

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their safety needs and project requirements.

• Provide technical guidance on horizontal fall protection solutions, including system design, standards compliance, and installation options.

• Handle client inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close sales effectively.

3. Market Intelligence

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in fall protection and safety standards.

• Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional materials.

4. Technical & Product Knowledge

• Gain in-depth understanding of horizontal lifeline systems, anchor points, and related safety equipment.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate project proposals and technical compliance.

5. Sales Administration

• Maintain sales records, pipeline updates, and client interactions in CRM software.

• Prepare regular sales reports for management review.


Qualifications & Skills


Education & Experience


• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).

• 2–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in safety equipment or industrial solutions.

• Knowledge of BIS, EN, or local fall protection safety standards is an advantage.

 

Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Technical aptitude to understand engineered safety solutions.

• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

• Market share growth in the assigned territory.

 

Additionally, kindly note the following key requirements:

* Candidates should possess knowledge of industrial sales.

* Basic English language proficiency is essential.

* Candidates with references and contacts within the industry would be highly preferred.
