We are hiring "Proposal Engineer- Techno Commercial" for our client a leading "Electrical, Instrument & Electronics Control Panel Manufacturing Company" located at Santej area of Ahmedabad. 

Qualification/Experience Requirement

·        BE – Electrical / IC / Electronics Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience.

Job Duties:

·        Generate the inquiry through cold call, meet the customer and understand the requirement

·        of the customer, Preparation BOM (Bill of Material), Specify the make in BOM and submit the offer.

·        Follow up call with client to close the inquiry. Involve relevant stack holder and management to finalize the inquiry.

·        Identify the deal breaker and escalate the same to management and discuss with them. Formulate the strategy to win the order.

·        Verify PO with latest submitted offer / mail communication and make sure it should be in line with our submitted offer / discussion / mail communication.

·        Generate the Sales Order (SO) and Forecast Order (FO) in ERP system against the winning order.

·        Regularly update the ERP system.

·        Generate the Inspection call to client. After getting clearance from customer, inform logistic department to dispatch items.

·        Root cause analysis of the lost order.

·        Maintain relation with existing customer and retain them.

·        Handle trading as well post sales inquiry and submit the offer.

·        Payments follow up with client that overdue.

·        Weekly review with management: Review submitted offer, Discuss root cause analysis of lost order, Discuss market variance and competition / threats.
