Our Client is a leading Fashion Brand in Women Wear having their Production Factory, Retail Store & Office at Dubai, UAE. They have total 40-50 employees & looking for staff for their factory at Dubai.

Position: Pattern Maker-Fashion Industry for women wear

Location: Dubai, UAE

Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ( 6 Days/Week)

CTC: INR 1,00,000 to 1,20,000 monthly based on quality of experience + Medical Insurance + 30 Days Paid Leaves after completion of one year + to-fro air tickets for India during paid leaves(one time/year), Tax Free Salary

Job Requirement:

Determining the client’s needs and coming up with appropriate design solutions. As a pattern maker you are responsible for developing patterns for mass production if needed. Incorporating modern and traditional patterns into the design. Translate blueprints and design models into patterns using freehand measurement techniques. Responsibilities:

1. Meeting with product designers to discuss the base design.

2. Reading and interpreting design models and blueprints.

3. Creating rough-draft templates using computer drafting software and freehand techniques.

4. Measuring, cutting, and designing patterns in the material required.

5. Double-checking the pattern dimensions and style.

6. Sending the initial pattern for a manufacture check.

7. Meeting with designers to review the final product.

8. Tweaking the pattern and filing the design.

9. Reporting back to company managers.

Qualification:

Diploma/High School  & English Communication

Experience: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar field (Fashion) Women wear
