We are hiring for a leading UAE UAE-based services company's Indian Subsidiary firm for Ahmedabad Location.
Position: Operations Executive
Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, India
Timing: between Rotational shifts / 5 days working / Rotational week offs
Experience: 2-3 years of operations experience in the transportation/logistics/ecommerce industry
CTC: 3.50-5 Lacs/Annum based on experience
Responsibilities:
- To manage our daily operations and serve as a leading point of contact for corporate clients
- Co-coordinating with the logistics team to maintain smooth operations
- To provide customer service, handling communications with customers over calls, and messages.
- To generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of operations experience in the transportation/logistics/ecommerce industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation
- Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment
- Experience with the online marketplace is desirable
- Ideally a keen interest in the Transportation industry

First we understand job description properly & if we have any doubts, we will discuss it with Technical & HR Persons of client company.
After proper understanding of requirement, we start marketing of job positions of our client company on Social Media & other relevant platforms.
We search right candidates only through Social Media, Online Sourcing tools, offline network of our candidates, references & other Advanced Sourcing Tools.
We have a team of well-trained recruiters of relevant domains, who are not tele-callers, but expert recruiters, we mostly avoid job portals for searching of candidates to avoid duplicacy & to get passive candidates.
We use technical & cultural fit questionnaire to check candidates profile & shortlist only those candidates who are matching technically & culturally & submit these shortlisted resumes to client.
Once get feedback on submitted resumes, we will schedule interview of shortlisted candidates & if resumes rejected, we want feedback from client for reason of rejection, so we can improve our search for further submission of resumes.
We do all follow ups of candidates for interview, offer, joining & after joining.
