Our Client a leading producer of world class expanded graphite materials for a variety of applications in manufacturing/engineering companies & having manufacturing facility at Changodar location Ahmedabad.

They requires Stores/Material Executive/Manager for their plant.

Position: Materials Executive/Manager

Reports to General Manager

Experience : 3 to 5 years in Stores & material department of a manufacturing company.

Salary : 25000 to 35000 depends on interview performance & experience

Qualification : B.Com or B. Sc with mathematics, or at least 10+2 with Mathematics

Office time : 09:30 TO 06:30 (6 days week Sunday off)

Gender : Male

Employee strength : 15

JOB PURPOSE

• Overall Materials management, including store records, incoming and issuing of materials, vendor management, liasoning with internal and external quality agencies.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Invoice, Challan. PO Supplier Management. monitoring inventory levels.
• Stock Reconciliation.
• Preparation of GRN, stock verification.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS & report preparation Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels.
• Analysis of materials consumption pattern Inward and outward. Material Issue to production.
• Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations.
• Receive shipment & ensure both qualities & quantities. Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations. Recruiting, training and supervising employees.
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner. Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed. Coordination with different departments to avoid stock shortages.
• Vendor management Supply chain management Daily stock taking of RM & FP.
• Must have handled raw material, spare parts and finished goods. Must understand technical specifications, so as to identify and differentiate between grades.​
• Must have experience in material in / out record keeping and updating same on MS excel.
• Must have experience in advanced excel.
• Must be competent in basic calculations Must have skills for organising material & records, MS Office, ERP.
