Designation:- Junior Analyst

EXPERIENCE :- 2 to 4 Years

CTC:- 6 to 9 LPA

Location:- Gurgaon, Haryana

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Drive relationship at all levels and become the primary point of contact for

customers and their dedicated IPC.

2. Manage multiple complex opportunities and projects simultaneously across India.

3. Drive cross-functional projects to deliver on the specific needs of our clients, working

in conjunction with internal partner teams.

4. Work closely with all internal Departments to execute the project smoothly.

5. Open to travel across India

6. SPOC for the respective client for all closures related to Design Layout, IT & 3D’s .

7. Update & Maintain data in Sales Software ( Teamworks )

8. To Ensure the Client’s Invoicing done on timely basis.

9. To Ensure Smooth Handover Process & Completion of the Projects

COMPETENCIES

1. Experience dealing with customers and in driving business growth through

relationships.

2. Demonstrated record of success in project management across organizational

boundaries.

3. Ability to leverage account management, relationship building, and planning skills to

further develop existing relationships and business.

4. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel

5. In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

6. Excellent Verbal & Written English Communications Skills have experience with

Corporate & MNC.

7. Strong Analytical & Multitasking Skills

8. Teamwork & Leadership skills

9. Highly Organised & Efficient

10. Strong Customer Support Skills

11. Ability to take ownership & responsibility

12. Should have good knowledge of Autocad , Design Layout & Technical Knowledge

related to projects .

13. Experience of PMC or Design Firm .
