Position: INDUSTRIAL WATER TREATMENT ENGINEER

Total Experience: 2 - 5 years (Candidate should be having field experience & enough understanding of plant machinery chemistry)

Education: BSC Chemistry

INDUSTRY: Industrial Water Treatment, Cooling Tower & Boiler Chemical Treatment, RO/WTP Operations

Location: Ahmedabad

Working Days: 6 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

a) Candidate must have minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial water treatment, covering Cooling Tower Chemicals, Boiler Chemicals, and Water Treatment Plants (RO, Softener, WTP).

b) Strong technical understanding of scale, corrosion, and microbiological control strategies.

c) Ability to troubleshoot site-specific issues independently and provide immediate corrective actions.

d) Experience in preparing technical site visit reports, chemical consumption reports, and system performance analysis.

e) Readiness to travel frequently to project sites and provide onsite support, regular visit for trouble shooting to be done at various sites,

f) Good communication skills for technical discussions with clients and internal teams.

g) MIS, Monthly report generation and submission, Good presentation skill.

h) Immediate joining preferred.

SKILLS:

a) In-depth knowledge of Cooling Tower treatment programs (anti-scalants, biocides, corrosion inhibitors).

b) Expertise in Boiler water chemistry (TDS management, blowdown optimization, chemical dosing).

c) Strong understanding of water chemistry parameters (pH, TDS, ORP, hardness, alkalinity, silica, iron, etc.).

d) Hands-on experience with dosing pump calibration, chemical preparation, and system automation basics.

e) Skill in preparing client-specific chemical optimization plans and cost-saving proposals.

f) Efficient in MS Excel, Word, and report drafting.

h) Basic understanding of environmental compliance norms.
