Our clients offer end to end and scalable solutions for real time air quality monitoring and advanced data analytics. They are leading solution provider in the Environmental Monitoring Domain are used in Smart cities, Industries, Landfills, Airports and many such places where critical decisions are made based on Environmental-Data.

Job position: HR Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Location: Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad

Working Hours: 10-7

Working Days: 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining HR records, updating employee files, and processing documentation related to employment changes.
  •  Assist in employee relations activities, including responding to inquiries, addressing minor grievances, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned, such as employee engagement surveys, benefits administration, or HR policy updates.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness in supporting HR functions.
  •  Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience in HR or administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in the field of human resources.
