We are hiring for our client company, which is a start-up that established its operations before 3 years. They are a leading manufacturer and exporter of high-quality metal components, specializing in castings, machined parts, forgings, and fabrications. The company has around 80 employees all over India and its head office in Bangalore.


The company is exporting casting & machining components from India to other countries.


Job Title: GTM Strategy

Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout


Position Overview:


Our client is seeking a highly driven professional to join our team in a Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy role. This is a field-intensive position involving extensive travel, direct market engagement, and customer interaction. The individual will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, building strong relationships, and driving potential order acquisitions in a challenging and competitive environment.


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for manufacturing sector products.

• Travel extensively to customer locations, distributors, and industrial hubs to generate business opportunities.

• Engage with customers to understand requirements, market trends, and competitor insights.

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive sustainable revenue.

• Collaborate with internal teams (sourcing, manufacturing, sales, and finance) to align market intelligence with business goals.

• Track, analyze, and report on customer feedback, order pipeline, and conversion ratios.

• Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.


Qualifications & Experience:


• Education: B.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgy (mandatory).

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, industrial sales, or similar customer-facing roles.

• Proven experience in driving B2B sales/market expansion in manufacturing or related industries.

• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial requirements.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across regions.


Preferred Profile:


• Pedigree from Tier-1 or Tier-2 institutes, or demonstrated excellence in prior work experience from reputed manufacturing brands.

• Track record of handling challenging field roles and delivering business outcomes.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience to work in dynamic and tough market conditions. Should be ready to travel 15-20 days in a month
