Position: Multimedia Graphics Designer

Location: Iskon Crossroad Ahmedabad

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Gender: Female/Male

Office time: 10:00 to 06:30 PM

Working days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Sat off)

Responsibilities and Duties:

● Design and create engaging graphics for various digital and print platforms, including but not limited to

social media, websites, marketing collateral, and advertisements

● Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and conceptualize design solutions that

align with brand guidelines and objectives

● Develop visual content, such as logos, illustrations, infographics, and layouts, that effectively communicate

the desired message

● Edit and retouch photos to enhance quality, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand aesthetics

● Produce engaging video content, including editing raw footage, adding effects, and transitions, and

optimizing audio-visual elements for diverse platforms

● Incorporate animated elements, motion graphics, and visual effects to create dynamic and engaging video

content

● Use graphic design software and tools proficiently to produce high-quality designs, posts, and videos,

ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

● Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and best practices, incorporating them into design projects to

maintain a fresh and modern aesthetic

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional designs within

defined timelines

● Present design concepts and ideas, incorporating feedback to refine designs and achieve the desired

outcomes

● Work closely with the team to ensure designs effectively complement and enhance marketing campaigns

and strategies

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

● Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of creative and professional designs

● Proficiency in editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and

Lightroom

● Knowledge of Canva is an advantage

● Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition

● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, receptive to feedback, and capable of incorporating

ideas into design concepts

● Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas

● Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and branding consistency
