Our Client a leading Logistics services Provider (3PL/C&F, 4PL, Inventory Management Logistics, Reverse Logistics, Last Mile Deliveries, Just In Time Deliveries and Cold Chain) requires (GM- Supply Chain) for their office at Makarba area of Ahmedabad

Job Position:  GM – Supply Chain

Qualification: Master Degree or Equivalent, Supply Chain Educational background will be an added advantage.

Experience: Min. 8 years of relevant experience preferably from Supply Chain Industry.

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Location : Ghanteshwar, Rajkot

He has to handle Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Goa states

Job Description

• Overseeing 3PL(C&F) operations, growth, strategy planning etc.
• Lead new projects in Automation, Digital Initiatives etc.
• Support in developing key HR processes (hiring, appraisals, company policies, building right culture etc.)
• He has to travel within Gujarat(Frequently in rajkot and morbi)  Maharashtra, Karnataka and Goa states (less required) as & when required.
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excellence in MS Excel is must)
• Hands on experience on Supply Chain Management Software (SAP Module / ERP)
• Critical Thinker and problem solving skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication
• Good at time management and People management
• Refined ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to Key Personnel
• Possession of key competencies, including conflict management, business negotiation, organisation and decision making.
• Plan and implement overall supply chain strategy
• Suggest solutions for process improvements
• Build and develop relations with clients / vendors
• Provide constructive feedback
