Position: Design Engineer - Water Treatment Plants

Total Experience: 2 - 5 years

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering

INDUSTRY: Water Treatment Plant Design and Machinery Installation, RO/UF/Softener/Filtration Systems, Industrial Utilities

Location: Ahmedabad

Working Days: 6 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

a) Candidate must have 2–5 years of experience designing and installing water treatment plants and associated machinery (PSF, ACF, DMF, Softener, UF, RO, etc.).

b) Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.

c) Proficient in engineering design software with the ability to prepare detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation.

d) Strong understanding of water treatment processes and related equipment design standards.

e) Capable of optimizing plant layouts and upgrading existing systems for performance and efficiency.

f) Willingness to travel for site visits, installation support, and system troubleshooting.

g) Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and clients.

h) Immediate joining is preferred.

SKILLS:

a) In-depth knowledge of designing systems such as PSF, ACF, DMF, Softener, UF, RO, and related units.

b) Skilled in CAD and engineering design software for preparing plant layouts and technical drawings.

c) Ability to evaluate installation sites and provide on-ground engineering support.

d) Strong documentation skills – including specifications, design reports, and compliance documentation.

e) Familiar with the latest developments in water treatment technologies.

f) Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and process-related issues in installed systems.

g) Good communication and coordination skills for effective team and client interaction.
