Our client a leading Global Innovation Centre & the world’s largest manufacturer of medical Scrubs. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA with commercial offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Designation: Content Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

Time: 1pm to 10pm

Working days: 5 days

Experience: 2+

Job Description:

The Content Specialist is responsible for all aspects of products, verbiage, images and videos on the Amazon, and Walmart platforms. The Content Specialist’s main KRA is to delight consumers while conveying the requisite information to make the purchase and stand out from the competition.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing product content for e-commerce websites, an understanding of marketplace platforms and the role KWs play in the conversion process. Research methodologies on KWs harvesting and looking at the product from a holistic approach including consumer behaviour is required.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring Keywords trends to incorporate in listing across Marketplaces
  • Build copy around relevant Keywords to index better on various channels
  • Learn Marketplace tricks and implement them to produce engaging customers.
  •  Research Keywords to create product-relevant content with proofreading.
  • Create an SOP to define an approach to write copy
  • Use SEO principle to maximize copy’s reach across Marketplaces
  • Track and provide analysis of business performance
  • Ensure SLAs are being achieved while the copy is written
  • Ensuring all marketing systems and software solutions are functioning properly, and working with internal and external partners to resolve issues
  • Maintaining strong rapport with the Advertising team to ensure that the content and ads are aligned toward higher ranks for the products
  • Ensuring strategic objectives are being met in alignment with company goals
  • Collaborate with the internal department to ensure proper execution of marketplace strategies

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook)
  • Communicate clearly in English both written and verbal correspondence
  • 2+ years of direct experience working on amazon content
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Critical thinker and curiosity for learning
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team
  • Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center or Vendor Central experience preferred
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office products, with Excel
