We are hiring for our client company, which is a start-up that established its operations before 3 years. They are a leading manufacturer and exporter of high-quality metal components, specializing in castings, machined parts, forgings, and fabrications. The company has around 80 employees all over India and its head office in Bangalore.
Job Overview The Associate – Exports GTM & BD will play a pivotal role in launching the company into new international markets, driving strategic growth, and establishing a robust B2B presence from the ground up. This role is suited to someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for market expansion, and a drive to achieve ambitious growth targets.
The company is exporting casting & machining components from India to other countries.
Job Title: Associate – Exports GTM & BD
Experience: 2-4 years in growth roles, preferably in B2B markets, with a track record in sales, market expansion, or external stakeholder management. Candidates with SaaS or exports sales preferred.
Who can apply:
1. Tier 1/2 grads - IITs, NITs, BITs, etc maybe assistant category managers with experience in sales or business development
2. SaaS sales - folks with experience in SaaS sales, especially focused to get customers in international markets
Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Six days a week, 5 days of office, 1 day from home)

Job Overview
The Associate – Exports GTM & BD will play a pivotal role in launching into new international markets, driving strategic growth, and establishing a robust B2B presence from the ground up. Key Responsibilities
• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify promising international markets, potential industries, product demands, and market sizing.
• Market Entry Strategy: Develop and execute market entry plans, tailoring strategies for product positioning, pricing, and distribution.
• Sales and Relationship Building: Build a strong pipeline by identifying and securing the first 20 customers and generating $1M in sales in the new market.
• Industry and Product Identification: Identify and analyze industries and product lines within the target markets that align with the company's strengths and manufacturing capabilities.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and distributors.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly track performance metrics and generate actionable insights to refine the GTM strategy and improve sales efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Educational Background: Preferably a graduate in mechanical engineering
Experience: 2-4 years in growth roles, preferably in B2B markets, with a track record in sales, market expansion, or external stakeholder management. Candidates with SaaS or exports sales preferred.
Leadership and Initiative: Active involvement in college bodies, fest teams, or other leadership roles that showcase teamwork, initiative, and organizational skills.
