Our client is a leading E-Commerce Company for Baby Products with the existence at Domestic and at International Level requires:

Designation: Senior Sales Executive

Sector: Ecommerce

Location: Delhi

Time: 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM

Working days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off) 

Salary: upto 25000/- + Incentive & TA/DA)

Gender : Male only

Job Description:

Focus on Company Branding/Promotion at Stores

  • Convince Retailers to do branding at the store level - 3 Branding in a month
  • Participate in lcoal/National level toy/Baby prodcuts exhibition with retailers/distributors/Company
  • Provide all type of assistance, guidance and mateials to Retailers/Distributors (Brochures, MRP Sheet, ALL SKU information, Scheme)

Increase Stand Alone/Chain Stores (Market penetration)

  • Addition of New Outlets (R For Rabbit, Orapple, Bicycle and Feeding Range) and generate business out of Them
  • Generate business from existing stores by introducing entire product range - Cross check with Outfield Data
  • Retain and sustain all Retailers/Distributors (Number of retailer closed) - Cross check withOutfield Data
  • Explore Territory at Maximum level - Cross check with Outfield Data

Streamlining Sales/Stores Data by increasing utilizing of Outfield APP

  • All Leads and Visits should be updated in Outfield
  • All Deals to be entered in Outfield
  • All calls of end users/retailers/distributors to be entered in Outfield
  • Adherance with visit PJP (Pre Journey Plan) & Average call ratio to be maintained on Daily basis (4 existing calls and 1 new call)

Internal Business Process

  • Cordination with all departments for your work through an Email only
  • follow all company's policies for leave, esclation, any request, attendance, Tour, bills submit
  • intimation of Payment, credit note, replacment, pick up request and after sales services to respective departments

Payment Follow Up

  • Collect revised/Advance/Blank cheque on time or inform for NEFT/RTGS to customers and RFR's Accounting department
  • No overdue should pending more than 75 days, if it will then management will hold the order of that party and after 90 days will hold all the orders of that Sales Person and his Territory
  • For Black listed Parteis - Advance payment is mandatory
  • For New parteis- 3 to 5 payment should be on advance basis
