Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 0 to 6 Months
Location: Thane, Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities
- The Human Resource Department performs various activities.
- Such as processing, maintaining salary details of every employee in organization.
- keeping track of deductions, time and attendances, loans, Allowance and bonuses.
- Candidates must know how to generate challans like PF, ESIC, PT
- Return, Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and
- Statutory compliance.
- Ensuring Employee Benefits including employee
- Reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax.
- Responsible for MIS and analytics regarding payroll and
- employee benefits with standardization of reports for better Decision making.
- Collecting daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
- Calculating bonuses and allowances
- Preparing employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
- Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role
- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Tally expert, mail drafting and fluent English
- Candidate should be well versed with:-
- MS office
- MS Excel
- Tally
