Position : Manager - Business Technology

Experience : 10 + years

Required Qualification : B.Tech

Job Timings : 12:30 to 9.30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the cross functional project teams executing approved projects. Develop detailed execution plan and track performance against overall project deliverables
• Meet with internal teams to clarify specific requirements of each project
• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the all stakeholders internal and external
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Develop, implement and track project performance goals. Communicate progress against deliverables
• Actively participate in the annual forecasting and budgeting process
• Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented. Service Delivery Manager

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer technology subjects. Master preferable.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in software solutions and service delivery
• Proven working experience 5+ years in project management / Service Delivery
• Excellent third party and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or in the process of gaining certification within the next six months
• Ability to analyse requirements to ensure scope is being met on projects
• Extensive consulting experience, technical or business lead on projects and/or any prior leadership role would be beneficial
