Designation: Assistant Manager – Sourcing
Location: Karjan
Time: 9am to 6pm

Qualification: BE Mechanical
CTC: 5.50 Lpa – 07.00 Lpa

Job Role
- Knowledge of sheet metal press process and costing
- Knowledge of bar machining process and costing
- Knowledge of plastic and rubber moulding process and costing
- Knowledge of various heat treatment/plating processes and costing
- Knowledge of vendor development process
- Knowledge of various inspection methods
- SAP Expertise

First we understand job description properly & if we have any doubts, we will discuss it with Technical & HR Persons of client company.
After proper understanding of requirement, we start marketing of job positions of our client company on Social Media & other relevant platforms.
We search right candidates only through Social Media, Online Sourcing tools, offline network of our candidates, references & other Advanced Sourcing Tools.
We have a team of well-trained recruiters of relevant domains, who are not tele-callers, but expert recruiters, we mostly avoid job portals for searching of candidates to avoid duplicacy & to get passive candidates.
We use technical & cultural fit questionnaire to check candidates profile & shortlist only those candidates who are matching technically & culturally & submit these shortlisted resumes to client.
