Job Overview

Synergetics Information Technology Services is seeking a Java Full Stack Corporate Trainer for a mid-level position. The job location is flexible with options in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore Urban, Delhi, and Chennai, and offers diverse employment types, including Full-Time, Contract, or Freelance. The candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 30 years of relevant work experience to fulfill this dynamic role.

6-Month Training Opportunity

We have an exciting long-term 6-month training opportunity for freshers in multiple locations.

• Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad
• Evaluation Process: Internal SME + Client round
• Mode: Offline
• Training Start: Last week of April / First week of May
• Training Budget: 1.80 lakhs per month all inclusive.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in Java development with comprehensive knowledge of frameworks and libraries.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and the ability to deliver effective training sessions on it (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in Java 8 (Stream API, Core Java concepts).
• Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot (JPA, Exception Handling, JUnit, Mockito).
• Experience with Hibernate, JPA, and microservices.
• Practical experience with Angular, essential for developing client-side applications (Mandatory skill).
• Hands-on expertise in using Docker for containerization, vital for the role (Mandatory skill).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs with the ability to guide learners in creating efficient endpoints.
• Proficiency in React.js for building modern web applications with detailed instruction capabilities.
• Competence in Node.js for server-side programming, beneficial for comprehensive full stack education.
• Familiarity with Jenkins to integrate continuous deployment and automation training in workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and conduct engaging training sessions on Java full stack technologies to varied corporate clients.
• Develop customized training materials and curriculums tailored to client organizations' specific needs.
• Evaluate and assess participant learning through comprehensive methods and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and incorporate them into training modules effectively.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and incorporate their insights to enhance training content.
• Assist in post-training support to ensure skill retention and apply a practical understanding of concepts.
• Create an empowering learning atmosphere that encourages innovative thinking and problem-solving.
• Manage logistics and report training outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and improvements.
