Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand client portfolios.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored pitches and proposals that address client needs.

Market Expertise:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends to provide clients with innovative and impactful solutions.
  • Analyze market data to identify gaps and propose strategies to capitalize on them.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • PR Industry Expertise: At least 3–5 years of experience in a sales or business development role within a PR agency.
  • Exceptional Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a western influence, demonstrating clarity, persuasion, and professionalism.
  • Logical and Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think critically and devise solutions to complex challenges; high IQ and strong logical reasoning.
  • Proven Sales Acumen: Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering results.
  • High-Level Presentation Skills: Expertise in crafting and presenting proposals that resonate with clients.
