  1. Business Development Manager/ Sr Executive ( 6 yrs. exp from relevant industry) – 55-70k per/month

 

  • Ratio of KRA key responsibilities areas 80 % Role - Business Development and 20 % Role – Team management /deliverables. 
  • Target Geographic segmentation: APAC
  • Need to Identify potential tier one, two, and tier three companies from different verticals like IT, IMS, Telecom, Embedded, SemiConductor, Healthcare, automotive and Life sciences.
  • Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to encourage good business relations and networking for future business opportunities.
  • Act as a key contact for accounts and monitor satisfaction with existing customers to ensure service delivery.
  • Negotiate with the clients regarding business processes, proposals, confidentiality agreements, SLA, and master service agreements and arrange for execution from the client. 
  • Complete responsibility for end-to-end activities related to Client Acquisition/Retention.(agreement, PO, SOW, invoice, and payment). 
  • Good knowledge of Market trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth areas.
