Currently, we are acquiring forward-looking salons and stylists for which we are in search of energetic & ambitious salespeople based out of Bangalore and great at direct on-the-field sales/BD, who also don't like to be boxed into a regular job description. This is a full-time *Field Sales role*. Only candidates with field sales inclination/experience, and having a motorbike/scooter with valid two-wheeler licence need apply. Salary: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year


1. Acquire salon and stylist partners for our Bangalore territory

2. Drive business transactions & revenue as per set targets for offline channel

3. Build strategies to increase revenue streams for partners

4. Execute campaigns and reach outs to potential partners in the given territory

5. Roll out new services and products to respective partners

6. Gather periodic feedback from partners and customers and share it with the management team

7. Handle and resolve any customer grievances and manage any escalations in the assigned region

8. Support other teams/functions as necessary to ensure partner and customer satisfaction

Who can apply:

Applicants who have a valid two wheeler licence and have a two wheeler only need to apply for this role .

1. Graduate with 0-4 years experience in field operations, sales, marketing, or business development roles

2. Strong negotiation skills and a win-win attitude to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals.

3. Good communication skills in English, Kannada & Hindi

4. Ability to multitask and have an eye for detail.

5. Strong orientation toward customer satisfaction

6. Good understanding of how to use smartphone apps.

7. Should own a motorbike and have a valid driving licence

8. Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and Word

9. Partner/supply acquisition experience in online aggregator startups (OYO, Zomato, Magicpin, Porter) will be a huge plus

10. Knowledge of other Indian languages is an added advantage
