Only candidates with field sales inclination/experience, and having a motorbike/scooter with valid two-wheeler licence need apply. Salary: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year 1. Acquire salon and stylist partners for our Bangalore territory2. Drive business transactions &amp; revenue as per set targets for offline channel3. Build strategies to increase revenue streams for partners4. Execute campaigns and reach outs to potential partners in the given territory5. Roll out new services and products to respective partners6. Gather periodic feedback from partners and customers and share it with the management team7. Handle and resolve any customer grievances and manage any escalations in the assigned region8. Support other teams/functions as necessary to ensure partner and customer satisfactionWho can apply:Applicants who have a valid two wheeler licence and have a two wheeler only need to apply for this role .1. Graduate with 0-4 years experience in field operations, sales, marketing, or business development roles2. Strong negotiation skills and a win-win attitude to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals.3. Good communication skills in English, Kannada &amp; Hindi4. Ability to multitask and have an eye for detail.5. Strong orientation toward customer satisfaction6. Good understanding of how to use smartphone apps.7.
