Qualifications and Skills

• Strong Skills: Cisco Routing, Switching; Proficient: Fortinet, Cisco ASA.
• Knowledge of MPLS & IPSEC, LAN, and WAN.
• Experience in enterprise network security.
• Analytical and systematic approach to problem solving.
• CCNA certification or equivalent.
• CCNP, CCSP, CCDP - Cisco Certifications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage network security measures to protect Suzlon’s data and infrastructure from cyber threats.
• Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect and mitigate potential security incidents and breaches.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of network security protocols across all functions.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of current security measures and recommend improvements.
• Respond promptly to network security alerts and incidents, performing root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
• Develop and enforce security policies and protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and train staff on security awareness and best practices to foster a culture of security-consciousness within the organization.
• Stay informed about the latest network security technologies and trends to continuously enhance Suzlon’s security posture.
