Suzlon Energy is a leader in the renewable wind energy segment for the past 3 decades. It has delivered a best-in-decade performance in FY 24-25, and the outlook for the next 5 years is promising with order books reflecting the same. To support this growth, we are looking to hire a top-notch HR professional who will assist the Top Management in driving various HR initiatives. The role is based at the HO at Hadapsar, Pune.

Role & delivery

• Work with the top management on strategic initiatives involving frameworks of Talent Management, Learning & Development, Coaching & Mentoring, Performance Management, Total Rewards.
• Drive concentrated HR interventions from top management perspective for the 3 business verticals – Projects, Services & Manufacturing.
• Be the bridge between top management and various functions to percolate their HR Vision.
• Work with leadership to sharpen the business outcomes/ budget tracks / review decks.
• Work on 1-3-5 year HR planning process.
• Sharpen the digital journey and drive technology adoption from an HR point of view.  
• Identify areas of innovation and creativity in the HR domain.
• Assist the top management in people review matters with the relevant stakeholders.

Full time MBA from a Tier 1 institute is mandatory.
