Job Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Design Engineer to create seamless and engaging user experiences using Figma. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development, with proficiency in React/Next.js and Tailwind CSS. The candidate must have end-to-end knowledge of Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, design systems, collaboration tools, and developer handoff.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design & Prototyping

• Leverage Figma for the complete UI/UX design process, including wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, design system management, and developer handoff.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility analysis to refine UI/UX designs.
• Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, colors, and branding across platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to create modern and engaging interfaces.

Front-End Development

• Implement pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces using React/Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Convert Figma designs into high-quality code while ensuring a seamless user experience across multiple devices.
• Optimize UI components for performance, accessibility, and SEO in web applications.

Testing & Optimization

• Conduct usability testing to identify and resolve UI/UX issues.
• Implement A/B testing and performance monitoring tools to enhance user engagement.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility and SEO best practices.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work alongside designers, developers, and stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Participate in design critiques, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies in UI/UX and front-end development.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Figma Expertise: End-to-end knowledge of Figma for wireframing, prototyping, design system management, real-time collaboration, and developer handoff.
• User Research: Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback for improvements.
• Design Systems: Experience in creating and maintaining design systems for scalable applications.
• Performance Optimization: Knowledge of UI performance optimization techniques and best practices.
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Front-End Development: Proficiency in React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern UI frameworks.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and integrate new design and development tools into the workflow.

Experience Required

• 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Proven expertise in Figma (end-to-end), React/Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
