Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our Surat location on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support and a seamless customer experience by addressing customer queries and concerns related to our fintech platform. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 1 -3 yrs. in using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and streamline support processes effectively.
- Skilled in handling live chat support tools to assist customers in real-time and provide solutions promptly.
- Ability to multitask efficiently, managing various customer inquiries simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms to interact with customers and convey clear information.
- Knowledge of Zoho software is crucial for handling customer data and tracking interactions seamlessly.
- Proficient in customer handling techniques, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every client interaction.
- Critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues creatively and improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to group efforts to enhance service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat support tools.
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and gather data to identify patterns and possible solutions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed and resolved efficiently.
- Continuously update knowledge of products and services to offer the most relevant information to customers.
- Collect and report customer feedback to the management team to facilitate service improvements and innovations.
- Assist in developing customer support related documents, such as FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
- Identify areas for improvement in the support process and suggest changes to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions to build trust and rapport.
