Summary:

We are looking for a candidate with 6+ years’ of experience to lead the Growth function of our India Capital business. 


The right candidate will have at least 6 years of B2B growth experience, excelling in funnel building, SQL generation, team management, and driving growth through varied channels including outbound efforts, ABM, and strategic partnerships with investment banks and VCs. This pivotal role is designed for a goal-oriented leader passionate about crafting and implementing innovative strategies to amplify demand for Klub's financing solutions among consumer businesses. The core goal of this role is to generate demand for Klub's financing solutions among digital SMEs in India.


Responsibilities


  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive demand for Klub's financing solutions in India, with a focus on planning quarterly targets for all channels and mapping specific initiatives to achieve the targets.
  2. Lead outbound and ABM initiatives to engage with potential customers and convert them into qualified leads. Ensure a steady stream of sales-qualified leads (SQLs) by working closely with the business development/sales team to build a strong funnel.
  3. Engage in developing & nurturing partnerships with investment banks, VCs, and key industry players, broadening Klub's visibility and influence in the market.
  4. Innovate and experiment with new growth strategies to boost SQLs, focusing on making each channel more predictable and efficient for steady and reliable results.
  5. Manage a team of associates and interns. Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to ensure team growth and success.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing & product teams to ensure alignment and achieve growth targets. 
  7. Analyze data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize growth strategies for maximum impact. Ensure that growth initiatives are data-driven and results are measured accurately.

Expectations

  1. 6+ years of experience in B2B growth, with a proven track record of building and scaling growth initiatives.
  2. Experience in working with Digital SMEs/Fintech/SaaS (SMB) industry is a plus.
  3. High attention to detail and ability to ensure the accuracy of information by setting up suitable systems and processes.
  4. Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write, to-the-point, and actionable emails to internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Exceptional project management skills, incl. managing multiple threads at the same time and providing visibility to managers through trackers, updates, etc.
