Job Title : HR - Generalist

Qualification : MBA ( HR ) / MSW ( HR ) / Any other equivalent degree.

Salary : Best in Industry

Experience : 8-15 years

Role : Permanent - Onsite ( Work from Office )

Work Location : Arasur, Coimbatore.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the business goals.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring legal compliance with Indian labour laws and maintaining a positive work environment .
  • Oversee the recruitment process to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, performance appraisals and employee development programs.
  • Evaluate and refine HR procedures and systems to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide support and guidance to management and staffs on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all national, State and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.


Requirements :

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a human resources role (Preferably in Manufacturing Industries).
  • Thorough Knowledge of Indian labour law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situation with tact.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
