Job Summary:

The Head of Finance & Accounts is responsible for managing the company’s financial and accounting operations. This includes financial planning, budgeting, accounting, audits, and compliance, ensuring the organization’s financial stability and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, banking, and treasury functions.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Monitor and control expenses to improve financial efficiency.

Qualifications:

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• 10-20 years of experience in finance and accounts, with leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting softwares.
