Role Summary 

As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, large-scale, multi-platform software products. This role involves close collaboration with software developers in a continuous integration environment. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in performing extensive manual testing (90%) and developing automated tests (10%) to ensure the reliability and functionality of our Superleap Sales CRM web application product.

Your daily adventures will include 

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing of UI, features, complex API of Superleap web as well as mobile application.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for continuous integration.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define testing requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Reproduce, debug, and isolate issues, ensuring fixes are verified.
• Develop software artifacts including test plans, test cases, test procedures, and test reports.
• Work across functional areas with internal engineering teams within an Agile framework.
• Estimate testing tasks and manage workload with minimal supervision, maintaining a strong team-oriented approach.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior testing personnel.
• Engage in performance testing and analysis for web services architecture and back-end applications.

What you bring 

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience, ideally as a full-stack QA capable of performing 90% manual and 10% automated testing on web applications.
• Tools and Technologies: Experience with Selenium/Appium/QTest/Ranorex and continuous integration tools and Agile methodologies.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and Java. Strong experience with API testing using Postman/RESTful is essential.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing complex problems in large systems.
• Testing Skills: Familiarity with test processes, open-source test frameworks, test design strategies, writing test cases, and test automation.
