Role Summary


At Superleap, we’re building the next-generation AI CRM that gives sales teams a powerful, intuitive, and flexible platform—without the bloated cost and complexity of legacy systems like Salesforce. As we scale, we’re looking for a Sales Manager (AE) with 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (SME and/or Enterprise segments) to join our founding team.


This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you'll take full ownership of the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from outbound prospecting to deal closure. You’ll directly engage with senior decision-makers, conduct tailored demos, negotiate effectively, and close high-value deals. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping our sales playbook and product strategy, working directly with our co-founders.

Your daily adventures will include


  • 🚀 Full-Spectrum Sales Ownership
  • Drive the entire sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain a high-volume pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring consistent revenue performance.


  • 🎯 Outbound Sales & Prospecting
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, cold emails, Sales Navigator, and other outbound channels.
  • Identify key decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Sales/RevOps) and initiate meaningful conversations that lead to discovery and demo calls.


  • 🧠 Strategic Engagement & Deal Closure
  • Conduct customized product demos that align with each prospect's specific challenges.
  • Own negotiation and contract processes to successfully close deals.
  • Travel to client locations (within Bangalore and across India) for face-to-face meetings when required.


  • 🤝 Customer-Centric Approach
  • Act as a consultative partner to clients by deeply understanding their sales workflows and pain points.
  • Capture and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap and feature development.


  • 📈 Collaboration & Optimization
  • Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to refine messaging and GTM strategies.
  • Test and iterate on outreach tactics to maximize conversion and shorten the sales cycle.

What We’re Looking For


  • 3–6 years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in SME and/or enterprise sales roles.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales, with the ability to independently generate pipeline and close high-value deals.
  • Strong knowledge of sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and email outreach tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with comfort in selling to senior stakeholders (VP, CXO level).
  • Strong analytical and research abilities to identify opportunities and tailor outreach strategies.
  • High level of ownership, initiative, and entrepreneurial drive—you love building processes from the ground up.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, demos, and events across Bangalore and India.
