Superleap is on the lookout for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence for our innovative SaaS AI-powered CRM solution. You will take full ownership of the sales development process, from deep market research to closing deals. If you have a strong enterprise sales background, a passion for technology, and thrive in a target-driven environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact while working closely with our founders and development teams.


Your daily adventures will include

  • Sales Ownership & Revenue Generation
  • Take full ownership of the sales development pipeline, ensuring seamless visibility and progression.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers to drive strategic opportunities.
  • Use innovative outreach strategies, including cold email, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator, to engage high-value prospects.


  • Prospecting & Research
  • Conduct in-depth research on the sales CRM industry, market trends, and competitors to inform outreach strategies.
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize leads to ensure a healthy and high-potential sales pipeline.


  • Engagement & Deal Management
  • Leverage diverse outreach techniques to book meetings, provide tailored demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and addressed with customized solutions.
  • Visit client offices to meet decision-makers, deliver impactful demos, and finalize agreements.


  • Collaboration & Impact
  • Work directly with the founders and cross-functional teams to refine product offerings based on client feedback.
  • Provide insights to the product and development teams, driving customer-centric product improvements.
  • Experiment with outreach methods to optimize results and discover what resonates with our target audience.
