· Coordinate with Proposal Team for quotes and ensure the quote is sent to the customer on time without any errors.
· Follow up with the clients about the quotation status.
· Follow-up with Clients for Work order/top-up work order value.
· Co-ordinate with Project Managers & Clients to get the work order for the relevant project and Project name.
· Maintain the work order and related documents job wise.
· Maintain and retrieve the documents of reports, quotes, etc.
· Provides effective presentation of products and services offered by us.
· Have a good understanding of the businesses' services and be able to advise others about them.
· Assisting invoice and HR team for their queries related to quotes, PO, etc.
· Updating new clients, PO, estimation, opportunity, etc., in ERP.
· Submit Weekly and Monthly Sales Report to the Management
· Attending meetings with the Management and Clients as and when required.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs for continuous growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits competently.
- Carryout any other duties and responsibilities within the overall function.
