· Handle full set of accounts · Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements · Data entry of transactions into accounting system· Perform Monthly Bank reconciliation · Prepare quarterly GST return and GST reconciliation · Maintain Fixed Asset Register· Handle petty cash and all staffs claim · AP – Coding of invoices and book into accounting system, check and ensure the supporting documents, handle suppliers payment &amp; Supplier statement reconciliation.· Preparation of monthly balance sheet and income statement schedules and reconciliation &amp; Journal entries.· Perform month end closing and prepare audit schedules for balance sheet accounts· Perform monthly inter-company reconciliation and ensure that the inter-companies' balances are accurate.· Prepare and submit monthly reporting pack &amp; maintain proper filling and records· Prepare audit schedules and assist in auditing matters· Prepare loan and tax schedules and assist in tax matters.· Ensure that accounting reports and supporting documents are in compliance with regulations &amp; standards · To Pass Journal Entries relating to accrued sales and ensure whether there is proper billing of same in Subsequent months and to pass reversal entries for accrued sales booked.· Assist the team in Passing the accounting entries and verification of the same.· Perform any other tasks as required by Management

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate with Proposal Team for quotes and ensure the quote is sent to the customer on time without any errors.&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow up with the clients about the quotation status.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow-up with Clients for Work order/top-up work order value.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Co-ordinate with Project Managers &amp; Clients to get the work order for the relevant project and Project name.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain the work order and related documents job wise.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain and retrieve the documents of reports, quotes, etc.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provides effective presentation of products and services offered by us.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Have a good understanding of the businesses' services and be able to advise others about them.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assisting invoice and HR team for their queries related to quotes, PO, etc.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Updating new clients, PO, estimation, opportunity, etc., in ERP.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Submit Weekly and Monthly Sales Report to the Management&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Attending meetings with the Management and Clients as and when required.&nbsp;<ul><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue </li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs for continuous growth.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits competently.</li><li>Carryout any other duties and responsibilities within the overall function.</li></ul>
