We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to handle inbound leads, engage with potential clients through emails and calls, follow up consistently, and drive sales conversions in international business. If you're proactive, have strong communication skills, and working with AI tools like ChatGPT for strategy and efficiency!

Shift & Work Schedule:

Shift Timing: 11:15 AM – 8:00 PM

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Process: US-Based Clients

Preference: Female Candidates Competitive Salary + Performance-Based Incentives.


Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead Handling & Engagement – Efficiently manage inbound leads, qualify potential clients, and initiate conversations through email and calls.

✔ Generating New Leads – Responsible for developing database of qualified leads through telephone canvassing, prospecting, web based tools and search engines, email, trade show lead generation, and other industry networking events.

✔ Follow-Ups & Sales Conversion – Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and close sales deals.

✔ Managing CRM Tools – Keep CRM records updated, track lead status, and ensure smooth client interactions.

✔ Process Improvement & Strategy Development – Identify areas for optimization, suggest strategies to enhance the sales pipeline, and implement automation where needed.

✔ Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor key sales metrics, prepare reports, and contribute insights for data-driven decision-making.

✔ Coordination on Key Pursuits & Initiatives – Work closely with colleagues in Business Units, Corporate Strategy, and U.S. Business Development to align efforts and drive success.

✔ Developing Business Cases & Pitch Materials – Create compelling business cases and sales presentations to pitch new ideas internally and secure first pilot customers.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 1 - 4 years in sales, business development, or client handling.

Skills: Strong email writing skills and persuasive communication style.

Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and CRM software.

Analytical Ability: Ability to analyse sales data and optimize lead conversion strategies.
