How many years experience in Packaging Industries ?

·        Meeting sales targets.

·        Enabling team to achieve targets

·        Maintaining customer satisfaction

·        Training / coaching / motivating Sales persons

·        Ensuring team works as an unit in line with the requirements of the company

·        Ensuring Sales from Large accounts in the territory.

·        Create a master plan to achieve the Sales target in the given region.

·        Going through the sales reports of Sales persons and guiding them to achieve targets.

·        Motivating Sales Representatives to achieve sales quotas and evaluating their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales quotas.

·        Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.

·        Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned region.

·        Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned region.

·        Maintaining regular contact with existing customers.

·        Handling large accounts to ensure continued business.

·        Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.

·        Making presentations and ROI sheets.

·        Attending product training courses and seminars.

·        Be a part of organizing and participating in the exhibitions.

·        Submitting periodic reports to the management.
