Roles & Responsibilites-

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meeting

• Generate the project leads and get the tender from the respective client.

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

• Daily basis to meet the respective new client like (architects, Interior designer, Builder and other industries)

• Schedule a new client meeting for the management

• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.


• English, Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.

• Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.

• Ability to work on tight deadlines.

• Architect company, Interior designer, builder & Developer and PMC
