Roles &amp; Responsibilites-• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meeting• Generate the project leads and get the tender from the respective client.• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.• Daily basis to meet the respective new client like (architects, Interior designer, Builder and other industries)• Schedule a new client meeting for the management• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. Requirement:• English, Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.• Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.• Ability to work on tight deadlines.• Architect company, Interior designer, builder &amp; Developer and PMC

The candidate will be responsible for handling the Civil/Interior related products field.Should have good exposure in sourcing the material from local and Global vendors.Should have knowledge in Export and Import of materials. Should have good communication skills and coordination with Internal Team Members (Accounts, Engineering, etc.) &amp; External Team (Projects, Architects, etc.).Should have good skills in assessing the product and the vendor credentials.Should have knowledge in purchase documentation, Job Cost controlling, and Reports for Management In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordination with the Architect/Project team to meet their requirements on time.</li><li>Release of Orders and follow-ups with vendors for timely delivery of material to the projects.</li><li>Processing of Vendor Invoices to accounts and their payments.</li><li>Reports to be submitted to management at regular intervals.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience</li><li>1 - 3 years of experience as a Purchase Engineer or Manager</li><li>Know to read AutoCAD drawings and are well-versed in MS word, Excel, or ERP systems suitable for this industry.</li><li>Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards</li></ul>

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with on-site management to ensure project success</li><li>Ensure the project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines</li><li>Responsible for RFI and submittal process</li><li>Processes owner billings and project-related accounting issues</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience</li><li>1 - 3 years of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager</li><li>Should have good knowledge in executing interior works and part of Civil work.</li><li>Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards</li></ul>
