Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 5.5 days per week (Second and last Saturday, and all Sundays off)

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Client Engagement: Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate products or services.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using [CRM software].
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in lead generation.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in [CRM software] and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
