Key Responsibilities:

*Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote residential and commercial real estate properties.

*Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information regarding available projects, pricing, and site visit schedules.

*Clearly and confidently explain property features, investment benefits, and other related services.

*Maintain and update a database of leads, customer information, and call records.

*Follow up diligently with prospective buyers to ensure interest is converted into site visits or sales meetings.

*Achieve daily and weekly call targets and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.

*Ensure a professional, courteous, and positive tone during all client interactions.

*Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and pass on qualified leads.
